Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. Ginger beer
- 1/2 oz. Falernum
- 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lime wheel saturated with sugar and agno bitters (torched)
Recipe
Shake with ice and pour contents into a rocks glass (a dirty pour). Garnish and serve.

In 2008, Balcones was nothing more than an idea driven by a passion to create something original and authentic in the Heart of Texas. It all started in an old welding shop under a bridge in Waco. Balcones began distilling in 2009.
