Agave notes from Casamigos Tequila Blanco are met with a touch of light smoke from Casamigos Mezcal, then are blended with ripe tropical flavors — resulting in a margarita recipe that you’ll be serving all summer long.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Casamigos Tequila Blanco
- 0.5 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
- Pineapple Frond Garnish
- Lime Wheel Garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with 3 pineapple fronds and a lime wheel.

Passion Fruit Syrup
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
- 8 oz. Cane Sugar
Directions
- In a saucepan, heat the sugar and passion fruit puree for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally to prevent caking.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Strain the mixture into a container for storage, and label, date and refrigerate for later use. Good for 3 weeks. Yields 10 oz. of passion fruit syrup.
